Originally formed in 1991 to handle the needs of local Lending institutions for there primary market portfolios, the company has expanded to serve a seven county area, bordering and neighboring the Ohio River, in both West Virginia and Ohio. We presently serve primary and secondary market clients in numerous loan formats.
